Refund Process:

Upon receiving your cancellation, we will process the refund within 30 days, using the same payment method originally used. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The service was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The service provided has not been fully rendered. For partially completed services, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services:

Refunds do not apply to the following:

  • Services that have been fully rendered.

  • Services initiated based on specific, customized requirements, as they are not eligible for a refund after the work has begun.

  • Consultation sessions or services that have been completed, as these cannot be undone.

Refunds for Gifts:

If the service was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit equal to the value of the refund will be issued. If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves for later gifting, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
